THE experience

You can expect magic, adventure, and expert guidance during your wedding journey.

Leading up to the wedding, you'll be guided in what to wear for engagement photos, have access to Suzy's favorite vendors, and be provided a custom wedding day timeline.

During the wedding, the SGP team will balance offering specific posing and allowing moments to unfold naturally. The team is calm, supportive, and has your back no matter what.

After the wedding, you'll see a photo preview within 1 week. You'll get to share photos with family & friends as the remaining gallery is edited. To wrap, the team can design an album if you'd like!

What You Can Expect

How I See the World

I believe epic photos can be made in ordinary spaces. Whether we're in the mountains, out with the saguaros, or exploring downtown, I love finding perfect light and landscapes to tell love stories with.

If you're looking for photos that tell a love story that feels magical, then I'm your gal.

If you're looking for candid photos that highlight your fave people, then I got you.

If slowing down and getting lost in the moment sounds like a breath of fresh air, then I am the photographer for you.

I provide an incredible experience, perfectly tailored to capture the essence of who you are, both as a couple and as individuals. I care deeply about those around me, and every ounce of me is poured into the images we will create together.

You love your people deeply and you can’t imagine sharing your vows without the ones you love there too. I get it! There is something special about capturing your story alongside the people you love most and passing down those photos for years to come. Family legacy is rad, and this is the start of yours.

Let’s capture your story in a way that brings back all the feels for years to come.

Photography for soulful couples who love honest storytelling.

capturing what words can't

All Wedding Collections include 2 photographers and include digital images from your wedding day. The top two collections include engagement photos, but I've also put together a collection for those who don't need an engagement session.

I photograph a limited number of weddings each year to provide the very best experience for each of my couples! If I'm already booked on your date or an associate would fit your needs better, I've got a team of photographers who will rock your wedding day.

investment information

I am more than your photographer. I am your hike until your feet hurt friend, nature-lovin’ bud, and I’m ready to turn your everyday photo session into something magical.

I don’t believe you have to be standing on the edge of a cliff to create epic photos (though I am totally down for that)! All you need is a love for exploring and a love for each other. Together we will find a space that reflects who you are and create something incredible. My favorite kind of session involves beautiful light, a few saguaros, and a gorgeous sunset. The best ones also have celebratory drinks.

Photography for couples who love adventure.

el0pements + micro weddings

Elopement and Micro Weddings allow you to make meaningful choices that put your love for each other at the center of your wedding day - which is hard to do with 50+ guests. These intimate celebrations allow you to strip away traditions and expectations, focusing on what you want your marriage to represent. You can have the wedding of your dreams and remember every second of it.

Whether your dream is an adventure wedding with personalized vows and incredible views, or you are saying your “I do’s” on courthouse steps - your wedding will feel effortless. It will feel like YOU.

If you want photos that carry you back to the magical vibes of your day every time you look at them, then you are in the right place.

simple, yet significant

Elopements and Micro Weddings are rad, intimate ceremonies surrounded by the people you love most. Once your guest count climbs past 10-12 people, you're planning a Micro Wedding rather than an Elopement. Micro Weddings may involve permits, small wedding parties, and some additional planning - so let's chat about it!

Taking care of others is central to my mission, so a portion of each wedding investment goes to support the Human Rights Campaign, an organization committed to securing basic human rights for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Elopements & Micro Weddings begin at $2500 for 2 hours of coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How soon should I reserve my wedding date?

So you’re the planning type, I like it! It’s never too soon to inquire, but it’s always a good idea to have a date in mind when inquiring. I book up to 18 months in advance.

2. How many photos will I get?

It will depend on the length of time I am hired to be with you., Longer weddings and photo sessions will yield a larger body of work, but no matter how long we spend together, I can promise there will be a ton of photos you love! You can be sure the photos that make the cut are filled with emotional honesty, badass connection, and tell the whole story of your wedding day.

3. Do you travel for weddings or sessions?

Yes! My passport is up-to-date and I love to travel. I take on a limited number of destination weddings each year, so reach out soon to be one of them!

4. We aren’t great in front of the camera, can you really make us look good?

Hell yes! It's totally normal to be a little nervous about being in front of the camera, but I got you babe! Between my engagement style guide and my mad posing skills, I'll guide you through the whole thing!

5. How do you deliver our images?

Within a week of the wedding, you will get about 30 preview photos via email. These photos will hold you over until your full gallery is ready! Your full wedding gallery can be expected within 8 weeks after your event through an online gallery. Portrait sessions are available 4 weeks after your session date.

6. What should I wear for my engagement session?

I’m glad you asked! I have put together a blog post with styling tips and ideas for how to plan for your engagement session.

7. What’s your photography style?

True to life imagery, filled with candid emotions, and genuine connection. I’ve been told my work is emotional, and if that means you feel something when you look at it, then I’ll take it! I dig the desert and creating images that show off its beauty, especially unique red rock formations. (Hint, hint: Sedona)

8. Do you photograph LGBTQIA+ weddings?

Absolutely! Love is love and I celebrate it in any form that comes my way. I am honored to capture your love story and happy to connect you with like-minded vendors should you need some recommendations.

9. Do you capture cultural celebrations?

Yes! I frequently photograph multicultural weddings. Whether you are having a tea ceremony or signing a ketubah, or your ceremony will be under a chuppah or a mandap, I am familiar with the beautiful traditions that come with cultural celebrations. They are one of my favorite parts of being a wedding photographer. You can take a look at my most recent Indian wedding here.

10. If our wedding takes place in a really rad location, who takes care of getting the permits?

Great question! I ask my couples and their wedding planners to secure any necessary permits. These are especially important if your wedding is taking place at a state/national park or nature preserve.

11. Do you offer albums?

Hell yes I do! My top package includes an album credit, but albums can be added on to any service I’m booked for. You can read more here about my philosophy on albums and how pricing works.

12. Do you have vendors you love working with?

Sure do! Here's a link to my favorite wedding vendors to work with! Planners, florists, venues, and even where to find invitations and wedding gowns, it’s all there!

13. Do you have insurance?

You bet! If your venue needs a certificate of insurance, make sure to let me know in advance so I can bring one with me to your wedding!

14. Woah, I’m about to drop some serious cash on this wedding. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do! After a $1,000 retainer, we'll create a customized plan that fits your budget. Most of my couples opt for monthly payments. The best part? It’s all online and super easy to access!

Babes, I am in the business of telling stories that last, so you better believe I want them told on a medium that will stand the test of time. All wedding collections come with digital photos, but I don’t believe this has to be the only way you relive your favorite day. Wedding albums are always a good idea.

Because your photos weren’t meant to live on a screen.

reasons you need a wedding album

Five

01

When I design an album, I do so with your love story in mind. From the first moments of getting ready to your last kiss of the night, your album will walk you through the best day of your life, with all the feelings you had when you said “I do.”

Albums Tell Stories

02

The way you feel about each other is intangible...until you are holding it in your hands. Sometimes you need a reminder of how it felt to say “I do” and holding your very own love story in a printed album is a pretty good reminder.

Memories Fade

03

This isn’t the kind of album you just order off the internet. These are handcrafted with heirloom materials, designed to last with continued use. Your family legacy deserves nothing less.

Quality Structure + Design

04

When I first started as a photographer, images were delivered on CD. Now, most computers don’t even come with a disc drive. The future of technology and the internet is ever changing, but a printed image? That is something that lasts.

Technology Changes

05

Chances are when you get your images (and there will be a lot of them!) the task of selecting images will be so overwhelming, you will find yourself promising that you will get around to it soon. I got you covered designing rad albums are totally my thing. Crafting a beautifully curated story of your wedding day is second nature to me, and I promise you will love how it is told. And I’ll have it done for your review before you’ve finished unpacking all those new wedding gifts!

Getting Around to It

Cheers! I’ll get back to you before you can say Moscow Mule three times fast - or a little longer if I am out adventuring with one of my couples!
